La Casa de la Coco is the brainchild of a brother-sister combination that have drawn upon their own experience of renting villas abroad to bring you everything you need from a holiday home.

Our luxury villa is located on the Costa Blanca coastline, in close proximity to buzzing Javea and pretty Moraria, both comprising blue flag award-winning beaches.
Alicante and Valencia airports are a comfortable 45 minutes drive away.

The Villa is ideally set within a friendly residencia amongst English and Spanish owners and is very close to local restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Also close by is a high standard golf course, a children’s funfair, theme park and aqua park.

The villa itself has been finished to a very high standard, including modern décor, fully fitted kitchen, DVD player and two bathrooms.
Outside you find a highly maintained pool, a spacious and private sunbathing area and kick back comfortable lounges!

It’s available to rent for holiday breaks, weekend trips or long term stays and is ideal for families, couples, golfers or peaceful getaways.
